Cancellation before shipment

Your order can be canceled at any time prior to shipment.

After your order is shipped, you can request a refund according to our return policy.

Terms for returns

If, for any reason, you decide to return an undamaged product * that you have purchased from us, you must notify us and return the product to us within fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery of the product.

To initiate a return, please contact info@aryastore.it.
In the e-mail, it is necessary to provide the order number or the sales invoice.
Once the return request has been processed, the company will provide instructions for the return.

The products must be returned with all documentation, accessories and packaging to:

Once the returned product has been received and processed, we will issue a refund. The refund amount will include the purchase price of the returned product and any associated sales tax. Any shipping costs paid for the original purchase will not be refunded. The consumer will bear the full direct cost of returning the goods.

Warranty terms

We take great pride in the quality of our ARYA MASK and we guarantee that the products we sell will be free from manufacturing defects for a period of fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery.

To submit a warranty request, please contact info@aryastore.it.

In the email, the order number or sales invoice must be provided.

We will evaluate your claim and, if we determine that the alleged defect is covered by our warranty, we will refund, repair or replace, at our sole discretion, any product that contains a manufacturing defect.

The company may request the return of the product to fulfill the warranty request.

If the return of the product is required, the company will provide a return authorization and instructions for the return.

This limited warranty does not cover damage, defects or malfunctions caused by misuse, abuse or accident.

If, as reasonably noted, a product unsuitable for the customer’s intended use is returned to us, the owner will bear all return shipping costs. We have no warranty obligations with respect to unsuitable products.

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

* The consumer is responsible for the decrease in the value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. Items and all their components must be returned complete, unworn or used and returned in their original undamaged or opened packaging. You can't return personalized products.
